Ninja Services Group Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) of Seopa Ltd. In this document “we”, “us” and “our” refers to TheComparisonExpert.com.

We offer an introduction to comparison services, via Seopa Ltd, in relation to a number of financial and insurance products and services. All of these products and services are offered by third parties. Any transaction made, for any product, will be bound by the third parties terms and conditions.

About our insurance services

We provide access to a search engine powered by Seopa Ltd to find online insurance and financial products. The purpose of this engine is to save you money and time spent searching for these products. We will provide you with access to various panels of insurance providers for you to compare quotes.

We compare various products including, but not limited to, car, home, van, bike and pet and breakdown insurance products from a range of insurance providers.

We will ask you relevant questions related to the product and show you a list of quotations based on the information you have provided. You will be shown information relating to the insurance product and the provider to help decide which is the right product for you.

We don't offer advice or make recommendations, you make your own choice on how to proceed.

Our website – Use of

  • Our website allows you to access our online comparison service which searched and compares a number of financial and insurance products.
  • You are not permitted to do anything that may affect the security of our website or any information or material stored within it.
  • Our website is only intended for UK residents using it for personal use. Commercial use of our website is prohibited
  • You may not create any link(s) to our website without obtaining our written permission.
  • We reserve the right to take any steps against any person or company who uses our website or services for commercial use or in any other unauthorised manner. Unauthorised use includes any breach of copyright, use of robots for processing multiple quotes for other customers or companies.

How are we paid?

When you use our website to buy a product from a third party, that third party pays a commission to Seopa Ltd, Seopa Ltd share a proportion of that commission with us.

Your obligations

The information and quotations we provide you is based on the information you have provided us.

Answering all questions honestly, completely and to the best of your knowledge, and for ensuring that any assumptions made are correct.

Should you fail to answer correctly, this may lead to your insurance policy being invalid or an increase in cost. In the event of an accident, your policy may not provide third party cover and you could be liable for any third party costs.

Keep your password private and confidential and do not shared it with anyone. You are responsible for all use of your account on our website.

If you provide information about anyone else (e.g. a named driver) you must have their authority to do so.

You must not knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs (or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful) to our website. You must not attempt to gain any unauthorised access to our website, computer or database connected to it.

Accepting a quotation

  • Before buying a policy it is important that all the information the provider holds on you is accurate. You should make sure all information provided (and any assumptions) is complete and accurate.
  • Should you wish to accept a quotation on our website, you will need to click the link to the provider offering that service. This will retrieve your details and allow you to fulfil the purchase.
  • Read the insurance company's terms and conditions to check that you understand and agree with them. These terms and conditions are not the same as ours and they will be the terms you agree to when you purchase the insurance product.
  • Ensure you review all insurance documents issued to you, making sure you are aware of the cover, limits and other terms that may apply. Also check all information on the documents are correct. Failure to inform the provider on any errors may invalidate your policy cover.

Complaints

We aim to deliver a high quality of service and attempt to maintain these standards in all we do. If you feel we have not achieved those standards, please tell us.

If you feel those standards have not been maintained we would like you to tell us as this is the only way we will be able to improve our service.
